Chanhassen Athletic Association (CAA)
is a volunteer organization, consisting of parents, whose goal is to promote youth sports for the children of Chanhassen and the surrounding communities. We believe all children should receive an equal opportunity to learn and enjoy the sport they are participating in. We currently coordinate programs for Fall Soccer (Grades K-6); Basketball (Grade 1-8); Baseball/Softball (Ages 5-18); and Volleyball (Ages 10-17).

ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
PLATINUM: $5,000.00
Acknowledgment of sponsor at all major CAA events including but not limited to tournaments and CAA fundraisers, logo on CAA main page, logo on each individual sports pages, mass emails/newspaper/programs acknowledgements, sponsor web link and plaque.
GOLD: $2,500.00
Logo on CAA main page, logo on individual sports pages, mass emails/newspaper/programs acknowledgements, sponsor web link and plaque.
SILVER: $1,000.00
Logo on individual sports page, mass emails/ newspaper acknowledgement, sponsor web link and plaque.
BRONZE: $500.00

RECOGNITION
• A 3’ x 7’ banner will be displayed at all CAA events highlighting our Platinum sponsors. That’s over 10 events per year.
• Website average 1,000 visits per month or about 12,000 visits per year. That’s approximately 35 visits per day!
• Website page views total over 250 page views a day… and your company’s name or logo could be on every page.
• CAA sends out an average of 3 emails per month or 36 in a year. We’ll be increasing that amount and your company’s name or logo could be on every email.
• Each email sent reaches an average of 500 people.

CAA Sponsorship
CAA Sponsorship will be allocated in the following ways:
$5,000 Platinum Level: 50% goes to sport which sells sponsorship. Remaining funds are allocated:
          CAA umbrella fund ($1,000)
          25% allocated to each sport ($375)
$2,500 Gold Level: 50% goes to sport which sells sponsorship. Remaining funds are allocated:
          CAA umbrella fund ($500)
          25% allocated to each sport ($187.50)
$1,000 Silver Level: 75% goes to sport which sells sponsorship. Remaining funds are allocated to CAA umbrella fund ($250)
$500 Bronze Level: 100% goes to sport which sells sponsorship
The CAA umbrella fund will be used to offer additional programming. Additionally, a post secondary scholarship program will be set-up to offer scholarship opportunities for boys and girls who have participated in CAA programming.
The CAA umbrella fund will cap at $10,000. Once this level is achieved, the CAA umbrella money will be distributed evenly amongst all CAA sports.
