Refund Policy
CAA has a limited refund policy as outlined below:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the appropriate
sport:
Baseball/Softball refund policy
100% up to close of registration for any reason (minus $15 processing fee)
50% refund up to Game 5 for injury or family relocation (minus $15 processing fee)
50% refund between end of registration and draft day/team assignment (minus $15 processing fee)
Other sports
No refunds will be issued for shirts.
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Prior to the scheduled date of game 5 of the season, a player suffers
an injury and is directed not to participate by a medical doctor.
A letter from the medical doctor must be received with the refund
request no later than one month after the start of the season. The
letter must verify the injury and state that the injury prevents the
player from participating (50% refund of player fee)

- 100% refund will be issued if a player cannot be placed on a team
due to lack of coach or insufficient players to field a team.
- Refund requests submitted in writing, received or postmarked before
the season starts, for clearly stated reasons such as scheduling conflicts
or change of heart will be considered by the board for that sport.
(Refund of Player Fee, minus $15.00 processing fee)
CAA sport boards reserve the right to make final decisions regarding
the relative merit of each refund request. Refunds will be issued no
later than one month after the end of the season.
