Frequently Asked Questions
Weather hotline # 952 227-7000 Weather Cancellations: WHEN WILL THE PRACTICE/GAME SCHEDULE BE POSTED ? WHY IS THE PRACTICE/GAME SCHEDULE NOT AVAILABLE
UNTIL MID-AUGUST ? WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR RECIPROCAL BUDDY REQUESTS ? Because we have over 600 kids in the program, we simply can not accommodate the many requests we receive to pair multiple kids together on the same team. We allow one pair of kids to play together, provided that the two registrations are "reciprocated". In other words, the two players must coordinate their registrations by naming each other as their reciprocal buddy request. This allows the team selection committee to simply match the two kids together during team formation. Multiple requests get complicated, and also bring the issue of team stacking into play. For this reason, we do not allow groups to be formed at registration time. This is a recreational soccer program designed for kids to play informally, and an opportunity to make new friends. WHAT IF MY CHILD CAN'T PLAY DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ? The deadline for refund requests due to scheduling conflicts is August 16th Our refund policy is posted at www.chanhassenathleticassociation.org Note: The team formation process can be drastically affected by drop-outs due to scheduling conflicts. Please contact us as soon as possible if you will be dropping out. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP ? Please contact Terre Kemble at CAA for more information: terrekemble@mchsi.com

What is the schedule for each division? The specific schedule for each age group has not been established yet because we don't know exactly how many teams we will have in each age group. We are in the process of reserving fields and estimating the number of teams. We will begin drafting the schedules on March 1st after field reservations are final and we have a good estimate of the registration numbers. |
