Goals
The Board of Directors has began developing an ongoing list of projects and goals it would like to accomplish over the course of time. Due to the nature of the fields Chanhassen Baseball and Softball participate, it is a requirement to work closely with the City of Chanhassen Park and Recreation department to complete many of these projects. Additionally, funding sources will need to be tapped in order to complete the projects. Some of the projects will be funded by the Association, with others, the Association will need to partner with the City in order to complete.
Safety/Facility improvements (in no particular order)
1. 1B safety bases at Chanhassen Recreation Center
2. Break-away bases at Chanhassen Recreation Center, Lake Ann Park, and Bandimere Park
3. Lights at Chanhassen Recreation Center
4. Second multi-use field at Bandimere Park
5. Storage at Lake Ann Park
6. Field boxes at Chanhassen Recreation Center
7. Concessions building upgrade at Lake Ann Park
8. Scoreboards at Chanhassen Recreation Center
9. Chanhassen Recreation Center at Field #6
10. Extend sideline fences at City Center
11. Enclosed dugouts at Lake Ann Park #4-6. Chanhassen Recreation Center #1-6
12. Concession building at Bandimere Park
13. Lake Ann batting cage reconfiguration
